Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns and exchanges can be made within 45 days of the order receipt date and if the product is in its original, unused condition and re-packaged in its original packaging. Visit the Returns Portal to complete your return.
- FitOn will refund or exchange any damaged or defective product. All refunds will be made back to the original card used for payment.
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Shipping cutoff for expedited orders is 2pm ET. Any orders taken after the shipping cutoff will be processed the next business day.
- FitOn does not ship to P.O. Boxes
- Expedited shipping can only be applied to domestic orders in the contiguous US. Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will be excluded.
Canada Shipping Policy
- All orders shipping to Canada will be charged an additional $15 CAD
- The recipient is responsible for any duties and taxes and other fees imposed by the buyer’s country.
- Please expect your product to arrive 7-10 business days after it ships. The product may need extra time to pass through customs. Customs time depends on countries’ customs process.
