Orders

You can view tracking info by logging into your account and clicking on the order number. You’ll also receive an email with tracking info.

Contact us and include your name & order number if you need help.

Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. Please contact us immediately and we will help you the best we can. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.

There could be a delay of 24-48 hours before the carrier populates tracking information. Please contact us if you are still experiencing tracking delays past 48 hours.

Shipping

In the US- FitOn members enjoy free shipping for orders over $50, $5.99 shipping for orders under $50.

In Canada- $15 CAD for all orders.

After shipment, orders will typically arrive within 3-5 business days within the US and 7-10 days for orders in Canada.

We currently ship to the US and Canada, and are planning to launch in more international locations in the future.

There is an additional $15 CAD in shipping for Canadian orders. Your shipping rate will be calculated in checkout after you enter your address. Orders shipping internationally may take an additional amount of time to deliver.

To make sure your products get to you in the best quality during shipment and as fast as possible, products may be shipped in multiple packages.

No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Unfortunately both Fedex and UPS do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges can be made within 45 days of the order receipt date and if the product is in its original, unused condition and re-packaged in its original packaging. Please note, final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns are free and can be completed by using our Returns Portal.

Yes, you can exchange your order as long as the items are in new condition and in their original packaging. Please use our Returns and Exchanges Portal. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please allow 10-15 days for us to receive and process your return merchandise. We’ll refund the price of the merchandise upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

FitOn Accessories

Our mats are made of recycled plastic microfiber and natural tree rubber.

Our mats are 3.5 mm thickness and about 5 pounds (2.3 kg). Cushioned for comfort to protect your bones & joints.

The Get Your FitOn Mat is an anti-slip mat offering premium grip on the mat whether wet or dry. Our mats are suitable for any kind of fitness program.

Yes, they are machine washable but must be hung dried (do not put in the dryer).

The Get Your FitOn mat does not contain PVC, silicone or phthalates.

We’ve made sure to use the softest Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton across all our apparel. Most products are blended with polyester or rayon to provide breathability and stretch for comfort.
